Refund policy

Non-food products can be returned according to EU regulations within 14 days from receipt (right of withdrawal). While for food products: cannot be considered safe for return once they have left our Kitchen and delivered.

However, Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
